Our Story
Nearly 25 years ago, Mark Pierce graduated from the University of North Texas prepared to enter the world of sports production. When a friend from church encouraged him to try his hand at real estate, Pierce pursued the opportunity. He went on to establish and help grow the land department at Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group, working there ten years.
While at Capstone, one of Pierce’s clients received notice that their property would be impacted by highway expansion. This ignited an interest and passion in Right-of-Way property acquisitions. He joined Commercial Realty Partners, a niche realty group specializing in this area.
Pierce learned the ins and outs of representing property owners during the right of way process, working hard to maximize compensation for his clients and to expedite the intricate process.
5 years and countless satisfied clients later, Pierce decided to strike out on his own. Expansion Realty Partners was born in 2017. Leveraging nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Expansion serves clients in land and commercial building sales as well as Right-of-Way acquisitions. The company strives to build a strong relationship with each client to ensure success in each deal.
